Established in the year 1984, we have created a niche for ourselves in the industry as the most prominent brand, consistently progressing by pervading quality castings, casting development and most importantly, reliable customer service and support. We, Uppal Ferrocast Pvt. Ltd., are regarded as a forerunner in our field engaged as a manufacturer and exporter of a range of highly sophisticated Castings such as Grey Iron Casting, SG Iron Casting, Alloy Casting, etc. Our products range includes a variety of mouldings including Gear Box, Side Cover, Pump Casting, Stage Casting, Intermediate Bowl, Gear Housing Cover, Load Gear Box, Rotor, Bearing Pedestal, Surface Grinding, Spherical Liner, Rotor Housing, Vacuum Pump, Cross Slide, etc. We maintain international standard with all these products, and thus, they are widely acclaimed by our highly esteemed clients; including BHEL, Sandrik, Lokesh, Sanghavi Engg. and many more such major brands. Our strong emphasis upon quality and customer satisfaction has already earned us the ISO 9001:2000 certification. At present, we have a monthly production capacity of 300 tonnes of metal casting, and we export almost 30% of our products to our overseas clients.

Our Quality

We, at Uppal Ferrocast Pvt. Ltd., lay great emphasis upon the quality of our products. Best quality casting is ensured by us through a series of tests which including various metal tests. In addition, we use the best quality CRCS scraps, MS scraps, pig iron, etc. as our raw materials which assure the finest quality of all the products that we manufacture, and help us in earning full customer satisfaction. Besides quality checking facilities, we are also endowed with a dedicated team of metallurgical engineers and quality control technicians which supervises the whole manufacturing process.

  • Metavis Image Analysis System with Microscope
  • Employing an efficient staff of Metallurgical Engineers and Quality Control Technicians
  • Metal Tests Employed-Tensile Strength, Brinell Hardness, Wet Chemical Analysis, Chill Wedge, Impact Test, Carbon Equipment, Temperature through immersion pyrometer and Metzer microscope micrographic analysis
  • Metallurgical standards are evaluated by an independent testing laboratory along with the availability of stress releiving furnace.
